HSC Pension Scheme Questionnaire – Preparing for Auto-Enrolment

Auto enrolment is part of the Government Pension reforms introduced in the Pension Act 2008. This places an obligation on employers to ensure all employed staff are automatically enrolled into a qualifying pension scheme. This means that we need to identify the reason why staff are not in a pension scheme.

Our records show that you are not currently a member of the HSC Pension scheme and we need to identify the reason why.

*If you have ticked box 5 please remember you are responsible for notifying the payroll department if your position changes and you either reduce or cease the empliyment with the other HSC organisation. Failure to do so may result in incorrect application of pension rules.
