In order to request an estimate, you must be within one year of retirement, and have not had an estimate within the last 12 months, otherwise there will be a charge for a further estimate. Estimates also take 3 months to process, so if you are looking for an estimate for a date within the next 3 months, we will be unable to process this request.

This estimate request form is not to be completed by GP Practice/Federation or Directional Body Staff. If you fall under any of those categories, you can request an estimate directly from your employer. They will complete and submit a form on your behalf.
