Member Self Service allows you view your pension record online and update your details, run estimates and submit documents.
You can access member self service by clicking on the buttons below:
New members should use the sign up function below. Existing users who cannot remember their password please use the ‘forgotten password’ option. If you are still receiving an error when trying to log on or sign up, please contact NIFRSQueries@hscni.net so we can investigate further.
If you did not receive an activation email previously, you can request one by completing the form in the link below and click the Sign Up button:
Your activation email will be sent to the email address held on record.
