Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the scheme, you should first raise the matter informally with HSC, the scheme administrator.
We will aim to resolve your concern as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may wish to consider whether it is eligible to be raised through the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP).
