Once Member Self Service launches this year, you will be able to run estimates on our member self service platform which will pull all of your financial data from our records without you having to input it. You will find more information on how to run estimates on member self service by following the step by step videos in the below MSS section of the website (Coming Soon).
Alternatively, you can request an estimate directly from us by selecting the ‘Request an Estimate‘ link and completing the online estimate request form. Please note it can take up to 6 weeks for your pensionable pays to be received from your payroll department, before an estimate can be produced. We will endeavor to complete your estimate as soon as possible once your pensionable pays reach the pensions team. You must be within 1 year of your estimated retirement date to request an estimate from the NIFRS Pensions Team.
Your ABS will also provide a snapshot of your pension benefits each year, as well as an estimated projection of what your benefits will be worth at retirement.
