NIFRS Engage (previously Member Self Service)

Member Self Service has now been replaced by Engage.  If you have previously registered with MSS before 26th February 2026 you will need to create a new account using the buttons below

Engage Login

Active members should use their work email address to register for Engage so that it matches the pension’s database and your activation email will then be sent in return.

Pensioners should register for Engage using their personal email address.

New members should sign up using the Engage service. Existing users who cannot remember their password please use the ‘forgotten password’ option. If you are still receiving an error when trying to log on or sign up, please contact MSSQueries@hscni.net so we can investigate further.
