REMINDER – Member Self Service (MSS)
As outlined in Pension Bulletin 17, we would like to remind you that the Member Self Service Portal is now live.
This is of particular relevance now as both the standard Annual Benefit Statement and the combined Annual Benefit Statement/Remediable Service Statement for active and deferred members will be published here.
This portal provides a convenient way for members to access and manage their pension information. Going forward, communications from our administrator, HSC Pension Service, will primarily be issued through the portal. Notifications will be sent to the email address currently held on record.
If you have not provided a personal email address and are currently employed, notifications will be sent to your work email address by default.
Most members should already have received Activation Key from HSC Pension Service to register for the MSS Pension Portal. If you have not yet registered, please visit the following link to complete the process:
